NETRESULTS has been partnered with the town of Palm Beach for the last 7 years to provide a well thought out, diverse program for the Palm Beach community. We operated two facilities for the Palm Beach community; Phipps Ocean Park Tennis Center is on the south side of the island with full Pro Shop, 6 Hydro Courts and is nestled in one the most beautiful settings on the island. Phipps caters mainly to the retired community; we hosted daily morning round robins, senior team play, events and an instructional program. Phipps Ocean Park was selected in 2006 by the USTA as one of the countries top municipalities.

Seaview Tennis Center, located in the heart of downtown Palm Beach is vibrant all day long. Seaview is comprised of 7 Hydro Courts, full Pro Shop services and locker rooms for men and women and enjoyed a complete renovation in 2008. NETRESULTS hosted a plethora of training programs for adults and juniors including the very popular holiday and spring break Jam Week camps. We hosted 4 adult teams, 3 USTA events, Palm Beach Town Championships and a significant calendar of social tennis events enjoyed by all players. The USTA again came to Palm Beach to select Seaview Park Tennis Center in 2009 as one of the top municipalities in the US.

During NETRESULTS’ management, the revenues for the tennis operation were enhanced over 110% and the revenues for the town of Palm Beach increased to 240%. Revenue increases such as those in Palm Beach are virtually unheard of in the tennis industry but have been consistent with all of our operations on the east coast. The growth during our time depicts the managerial philosophy’s success. The participation growth was due to the diversification of programming, the addition of successful group training for all levels of adults that integrates a high cardio component, technical development and situational point play. The growth of the junior program’s two components, developmental and high performance programs, were attributed to the successful NETRESULTS template that have been been responsible for reviving programs for our partners.

Promising generation competes in junior USTA event in town

Town Centennial Tennis Championships

Alla Kournikova rallied to defeat Hilary Musser Bishop 2-6, 7-5, 7-5 in a three-hour match today in the women’s final of the Town of Palm Beach Centennial Men’s and Women’s Singles Championships at the Seaview courts. Tennis Pro Dejan Minic Adds Programs

The town has brought in a new tennis professional to overhaul the program. Dejan Minic, a former Yugoslavian national champion and coach, took over in June and has brought international training and experience. Minic has introduced power hour and cardio tennis classes for adults. He has added clinics ,and is working to form doubles and mixed doubles teams to compete in the Palm Tennis League and increase league play at night. Seaview Closes Out Series With Rough & Smooth Mixed Doubles

Participation in town tennis program on upswing

The Town of Palm Beach Centennial Championship Series kicks off Jan. 22-23 with the men’s and women’s doubles tournament at Seaview Park Tennis Center. Players may sign up through Thursday.
