Judy Platt

I have been meaning to write to you for some time, and now as I watch Amelie giggle with delight at some game Tommy has invented it seems like a good time.

We have had a wonderful experience with the team you have cultivated at Net Results. From the summer jam camps to the private lessons the whole family has improved significantly and we have all come to really love tennis even more as the years go by.

I have been impressed with all of the coaches—whether they are long term staff or students working for the summer—everyone brings a great deal of compassion and professionalism. You already know however, that Tommy is a standout. When I talk with anyone who has kids in Brookline they either gush over how amazing Tommy is or they furiously scribble down his name in their phone in the hopes to have a session with him. He is kind, patient, and possesses what I consider two of the most important traits of an educator: passion and enthusiasm. He is always upbeat, energetic and he knows the names of more kids most of the public school teachers. He makes everyone feel special and encourages them to do their best. He is a unique person and I feel so grateful that my kids happily run out of the house at the mention of a lesson with him. Before we left today Amelie made him a New Years card. She drew tennis rackets and stick figures and then to my surprise signed “I love you”. I do hope you’ll share this feedback with him and although I am writing this from my perspective, I know I echo countless other parents who have had the privilege of working with your team.

Best wishes for a happy new year and many thanks for all you do!

Sincerely,

Judy
