David MacBurnie
Founder of NETRESULTS Tennis, MacBurnie has been directing high end tennis operations beginning in 1982 at the Florida Yacht Club (Jacksonville, FL). In 1990 he directed the tennis operations at the Pompano Beach Tennis Center, facilitating programming for over 65,000 members / visitors and managed 28 adult tennis teams. In 2002 he began NETRESULTS and consulted with the Tennis Programs of Harvard to revamp their curriculum and to inject a new dynamic style of instruction as our first client. Currently providing tennis managerial services to the town of Brookline for over 3,700 families at three facilities. NETRESULTS past clients include the town of Palm Beach, FL and a 41 court operation Tampa Tennis at HCC in Tampa Bay, FL. At their peak in 2017, NETRESULTS Tennis provided services to over 7,000 families on the east coast. David is a certified USPTA Elite Professional since 1986, a USTA High Performance Coach and former top 10 US 35’s. MacBurnie played collegiately tor Rollins College (Winter Park, FL). David was a USTA National 35’s Team Champion (Florida), a 5 time Men’s 45’s Atlantic Coast Cup Team Champion (NE) and a 4 time New England Men’s 50/60 Sectional singles champion.
Geoff Jagdfeld (Executive Director)
Geoffrey Jagdfeld epitomizes passion, expertise, and visionary leadership in racquet sports. With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Michigan State University, Geoffrey has built a career marked by innovation and impact. Geoffrey has held key roles in prestigious organizations such as the USPTA and USTA. As President of USPTA Eastern, his strategic leadership elevated the organization, driving initiatives that reshaped tennis education and engagement. At the USTA, he expanded junior tennis programs and fostered community relationships. His influence extends to club management, where as General Manager of New Canaan Racquet Club and HALO Fitness, he spearheaded initiatives that enhanced community engagement and boosted membership. As Director of Tennis at Solaris Sports Club, he introduced pioneering programs like USTA Jr. Team Tennis leagues, revitalizing tennis participation. Geoffrey’s contributions have been recognized with awards including the USPTA Eastern Industry Excellence Award and USTA Eastern Tennis Professional of the Year. His certifications from USPTA, PTR, and USTA underscore his commitment to professional mastery. Geoffrey Jagdfeld continues to inspire and innovate, shaping the future of racquet sports through strategic partnerships and player engagement initiatives.
Nicola Bacella (Adult Head Professional) 
Hailing from Argentina, Nicolás Bacella is a graduate student at Saint Leo University, where he is pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Analytics following his undergraduate studies in Management.Nicolás’s passion for tennis is evident both on and off the court. As a key member of the Saint Leo Tennis team, he currently competes in spot #3 singles and #2 doubles, contributing to the team’s impressive ranking as #1 in the country in D2. With a noteworthy tennis career, Nicolás has earned 2 ATP points in singles and 6 in doubles, showcasing his talent and dedication to the sport. Beyond his achievements as a player, Nicolás has also dedicated over five years to teaching tennis to individuals of all levels and ages in locations such as Buenos Aires, Norwalk, Tampa, and New Hampshire. His greatest joy lies in witnessing the progress and improvements made by his students on a daily basis. Driven by a love for new challenges, Nicolás is eagerly anticipating a rewarding summer at Amory, where he looks forward to sharing his passion for tennis and continuing to inspire others to reach their full potential on the court.
David Mulas (Summer Camp Director)
Introducing David Mulas Zelenskaya, a seasoned tennis professional with a passion for the game and a keen interest in the dynamic world of marketing. As an international student, David brings a unique perspective and a wealth of experiences to the tennis court and beyond. With a strong foundation in tennis, David has honed not only his skills on the court but also his leadership abilities. He was named team captain for the 2022-2023 regular season, where he led his team with dedication and determination, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Caleb Slotnick (Senior Staff)
Caleb is a valued member of the NETRESULTS team and has been an integral part of our coaching staff for over five years. A dedicated teaching professional, Caleb has made a lasting impact on the Brookline tennis community through his passion, consistency, and commitment to player development. Caleb’s love for tennis began early, playing with his family and continuing to grow throughout his college years, where he often hit the courts with friends as a fun and effective way to relieve stress. Today, Caleb brings that same joy and energy to every lesson, combining his enthusiasm for the game with a desire to help others improve and enjoy tennis as much as he does.
Rodrigo Araujo (Senior Staff)
Rodrigo’s passion for tennis began at age eleven when he started assisting his four uncles with lessons. With over a decade of coaching experience and a strong foundation built through family mentorship, he brings energy, dedication, and a thoughtful approach to every session. A recent graduate with a degree in Management, Rodrigo blends strategic insight with his love for the game to help players develop both on and off the court. His teaching style emphasizes fundamentals, fun, and continuous improvement—whether working with beginners or competitive athletes. Rodrigo is committed to growing as a coach and sharing his enthusiasm for tennis with every player he meets.
Tommy Lay (Senior Staff) 
Originally from Cambodia, Tommy embarked on a journey to the US to pursue his education, but along the way, he discovered his passion for tennis and fell in love with the sport.During his high school years, Tommy made a mark on the USTA Circuit 18’s, clinching the USTA Mayors Cup Championship in 2000. His talent and dedication led him to compete as the #2 player at the University of Massachusetts Boston for three years, followed by two years on the USTA professional circuit. Tommy’s commitment to tennis extended beyond his own playing career. In 2000, he became a volunteer with Tenacity and the USTA 10 and under program, earning certification in 2001. Over the years, Tommy served as the head tennis pro with Tenacity for Summer and School year programs for eight years and as a Senior tennis pro at Harvard Tennis Academy for three years. With a wealth of experience and a passion for coaching, Tommy joined NETRESULTS, where he has served as the Director of Jr Developmental summer program and a senior staff professional. Tommy enjoys working with players of all levels, specializing in the Developmental program with notable success. His ultimate goal as a teaching pro is to nurture young players, igniting excitement in his students with the hopes of developing future champion players.Tommy is thrilled to continue his partnership with NETRESULTS Tennis in 2019 and beyond, dedicated to providing the best tennis experience to players of all ages in Brookline.
Luis Platas (Senior Staff)
NETRESULTS proudly presents Luis Platas, an accomplished Tennis Coach with a passion for elevating players to new heights of skill and performance. Luis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in French from Kenyon College, where he honed his understanding of human behavior and communication, vital skills for effective coaching. Luis is the Assistant Coach, Kenyon College Men´s and Women´s Tennis Teams and was a 4 year standout as a varsity player at Kenyon. As a collegiate athlete, Luis excelled on the court, earning accolades such as Newcomer of the Year. He showcased his talents in both singles and doubles, often competing in the top positions. Luis’s role involves analyzing player skill and fitness levels to tailor training programs. He supports the Head Coach in various aspects, including recruitment, lesson planning, and budget management. With a rich background in competitive play and extensive coaching experience, Luis Platas is dedicated to helping you achieve your tennis goals. Camila Keller (Seasonal Staff)
Camila brings three years of coaching experience to the table, catering to players of all skill levels – from beginners to advanced. Her enthusiasm for the game is infectious, and she’s dedicated to helping every player she coaches reach their full potential. As a student-athlete from Argentina, Camila proudly represents Saint Leo University Women’s tennis team and embodies the spirit of perseverance and excellence. Pursuing a BA in Business Economics at Saint Leo University, Camila is on track to graduate in May 2026. Her educational journey began at Escuela Evangelica Dr. Federico Jorge Hotton in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Camila Keller is a valuable addition to the NETRESULTS coaching team, bringing energy, expertise, and a genuine love for tennis to every session. Bobby Harding (Young Star Camp Director)
Bobby Harding is a dedicated tennis professional with over five years of experience coaching at leading facilities across the South Shore. Since joining the NETRESULTS – Smash Tennis Boston team, Bobby has brought his trademark energy, enthusiasm, and expertise to the court, quickly becoming a valued leader within the Young Stars Camp program. With more than a decade of youth sports coaching experience, Bobby excels at creating a fun, supportive environment where young players can learn, grow, and develop a love for the game. Known for his approachable personality and ability to connect with players of all ages, Bobby is committed to helping every child reach their full potential—both on and off the court.
Nicolas Cortez Campos (Seasonal Staff) 
Originally from Colombia, Nicolas brings over 16 years of experience in competitive tennis. As a junior, he proudly represented Colombia in a World Cup and three South American Cups, and reached a career-high ranking of #144 in the ITF Juniors. He continued his success at Texas Wesleyan University (TWU), where he played #1 in both singles and doubles, earning the top national NAIA ranking after winning the ITA Championships in both formats. With more than two years of coaching experience, Nicolas has worked with a wide range of players—from young beginners and recreational adults to high-level and professional athletes. He believes in creating a positive and disciplined environment where players of all ages can grow their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game. Nicolas is fluent in both Spanish and English, allowing him to connect with a diverse group of students on and off the court.
Julian Tantera (Seasonal Staff)
Originally from Argentina, Julián Tántera brings over 15 years of experience in tennis as both a high-level player and dedicated coach. He has trained with ATP-level athletes and served as a sparring partner for Argentina’s Billie Jean King Cup team, gaining valuable insight into the demands of elite competition. Currently playing at the top of the singles and doubles lineup for the Huntington University Men’s Tennis Team, Julián combines high-performance experience with a genuine passion for coaching. He has worked with players of all ages and abilities, focusing on strong fundamentals, personalized development, match strategy, and building confidence in a positive, supportive environment. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Julián connects easily with a diverse range of students. His long-term goal is to continue growing as a coach and help the next generation of players reach their full potential both on and off the court.
Juan Manuel Carrasco (Seasonal Staff)
Juan Manuel Carrasco is a passionate and dedicated tennis coach with over five years of experience delivering private lessons and working at top tennis academies. He has successfully coached players at all levels—from beginners to competitive athletes—and has served as a sparring partner for players on the ITF Futures circuit, gaining valuable experience in high-performance training environments. Originally from Mendoza, Argentina, Juan began playing tennis at age 10 and went on to compete in national and South American tournaments, ITF Junior events, and professional Futures tournaments. He currently plays at the collegiate level for the Huntington University Men’s Tennis Team while continuing to compete in first-division tournaments in Argentina. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Juan easily connects with a diverse range of players. He is committed to helping each student reach their full potential through a coaching philosophy focused on strong fundamentals, match strategy, and confidence-building in a positive, supportive setting. Juan is also actively pursuing coaching certifications to continue expanding his skills and impact as a tennis professional.
Tovah Falck (Young Stars)
Tovah Falck brings great energy and enthusiasm to the court. A lifelong tennis player, Tovah got her start in the NETRESULTS Young Stars summer program at age 5. Most recently, she has come full circle—coaching Young Stars (ages 4–7) during seasonal lessons and serving as a coach at the NETRESULTS– Smash Tennis Boston Summer Camp in 2024.
Cameron Crane (Seasonal Staff)
Cameron began his coaching journey in 2020 under the mentorship of Geoff Jagdfeld in Westchester, NY, following years of playing under his leadership. A passionate player from a young age, Cameron discovered his love for tennis through local group clinics and went on to compete as a student-athlete at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). He is currently pursuing his master’s degree at Northeastern University. Cameron brings energy, strategy, and a love for teaching to every lesson. Whether working with beginners or seasoned players, he’s committed to helping others grow and making tennis a fun, lifelong learning experience.
