Founder and President of NETRESULTS Tennis, a premier tennis management and consulting company providing services to more than 6,700 families along the East Coast. Since 1982, he has directed high-level tennis operations, beginning at the Florida Yacht Club in Jacksonville, Florida. In 2002, he launched NETRESULTS Tennis, with Harvard University Tennis Programs as his first consulting client, helping redesign curriculum and implement a dynamic, modern instructional model. NETRESULTS is or has partnerred with leading organizations including Eastern Yacht Club (Marblehead, MA), Weston Recreation (Weston, MA), Brookline Recreation (Brookline, MA), the Town of Palm Beach, FL (Seaview Park and Phipps Ocean Park Tennis Centers), and Tampa Tennis at HCC in Tampa Bay, FL. A USPTA Professional 1 since 1986 and a USA Tennis High Performance Coach, MacBurnie is a former Top 10 nationally ranked player who competed collegiately at Rollins College. He has earned multiple sectional and national titles throughout his career.

Jon Sarosiek (Executive Director) Staff Bio's

Jonathan serves as a search executive and consultant within the racquet sports, fitness, and wellness industries for Simard Enterprises, Inc., founded by racquet sports industry veteran Len Simard and an affiliate of Kopplin Kuebler & Wallace (KK&W). Over the past five years, he has consulted with over 80 clubs, guiding them on operational and strategic best practices within the racquet sports industry. Most recently, Jonathan has served as the Head Racquet Sports Professional at Farmington Country Club (FCC) in Charlottesville, Virginia.  Farmington Country Club – annually – is regarded as a “Platinum Club of America”, an accolade given to the top 150 country clubs in the United States.  In 2025, Farmington Country Club achieved a “Distinguished Club, Iconic”, designation by Distinguished Clubs, Forbes, & BoardRoom Magazine as one of the top 1% of all clubs in the world (less than 40 clubs in the world are “Iconic”). Additionally, under Jonathan’s leadership, Farmington was most recently recognized as a Top 10 Racquet Sports Program in the United States for 2020/2021, 2021/2022, and 2022/2023 by Club + Resort Business magazine. Prior to his tenure at FCC, Jonathan was served as the Director of Sports & Wellness at Boar’s Head Resort (BHR) in Charlottesville, Virginia.  Jonathan had complete oversight of the Sports Club, McArthur Squash Center, Birdwood Golf, and the Spa – leading a team of over 200 staff members.  Under Jonathan’s leadership at BHR, there were significant gains in areas including club/golf membership numbers, participation in all-sports programming, staff engagement and retention, member/resort guest satisfaction ratings, and club and resort profitability, all resulting in BHR reaching new heights on a regional, national, and worldwide level by Tennis Magazine and TennisResortsOnline.  Before Jonathan worked at Boar’s Head Resort, he was the Director of Tennis at Wintergreen Resort & Club for over 6 years, where he led an operation that was ranked inside the Top 10 Tennis Resorts in the world by TennisResortsOnline.

John Bogdanovic (Director of Tennis)

Staff Bio'sAfter graduating from Sacred Heart University in 2016, John Bogdanovic began building a coaching career rooted in leadership, player development, and a passion for the game. A native of Barrington, Rhode Island, John trained at Providence Tennis Academy before competing as a four-year Division I tennis player at Sacred Heart University in the Northeast Conference. He earned his degree in Sports Media Broadcasting while balancing the demands of high-level collegiate athletics. John has coached at some of Rhode Island’s top clubs and academies, including Providence Tennis Academy and Tennis RI East Bay, developing players across all ages and skill levels.In 2018, he joined Kingsbury Club in Medfield, MA, where he quickly rose into a leadership role. As Director of Academy Tennis he led a team of tennis professionals while overseeing daily operations, scheduling, and coordination of lessons and clinics. He designed and implemented comprehensive progr ams that increased participation and drove overall program growth. Known for his strong communication style and motivational coaching approach, John has helped countless players elevate their performance and achieve their goals. After eight successful years at Kingsbury, John is excited to bring his experience, energy, and player-first philosophy to NetResults. Off the court, John enjoys fishing, golf, and working out.

Erika Landon (Customer Support)Staff Bio's

Originally from Oregon, Erika relocated to Boston in 2021 and joined NETRESULTS in the summer of 2023 as a Customer Service Representative. Erika brings a diverse background in program administration, customer service management, and executive support, which allows her to approach her work with a strong organization and a people-first mindset.At NETRESULTS, Erika is often the first point of contact for our families and players, and  takes pride in being a reliable, responsive,  and consistent presence. From answering questions about lessons, camps, and scheduling to resolving issues and collecting required medical forms for campers, Erika focuses on building trust and rapport through clear communication and follow-through. Drawing on her prior experience, Erika is committed to proactive problem-solving and attention to detail so our clients feel informed, supported, and confident—knowing they can depend on NETRESULTS every step of the way.

Nicola Bacella (Amory Head Professional) Staff Bio's

Hailing from Argentina, Nicolás Bacella is a graduate student at Saint Leo University, where he is pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Analytics following his undergraduate studies in Management.Nicolás’s passion for tennis is evident both on and off the court. As a key member of the Saint Leo Tennis team, he currently competes in spot #3 singles and #2 doubles, contributing to the team’s impressive ranking as #1 in the country in D2. With a noteworthy tennis career, Nicolás has earned 2 ATP points in singles and 6 in doubles, showcasing his talent and dedication to the sport. Beyond his achievements as a player, Nicolás has also dedicated over five years to teaching tennis to individuals of all levels and ages in locations such as Buenos Aires, Norwalk, Tampa, and New Hampshire. His greatest joy lies in witnessing the progress and improvements made by his students on a daily basis. Driven by a love for new challenges, Nicolás is eagerly anticipating a rewarding summer at Amory, where he looks forward to sharing his passion for tennis and continuing to inspire others to reach their full potential on the court.

Camila brings three years of coaching experience to the table, catering to players of all skill levels – from beginners to advanced. Her enthusiasm for the game is infectious, and she’s dedicated to helping every player she coaches reach their full potential. As a student-athlete from Argentina, Camila proudly represents Saint Leo University Women’s tennis team and embodies the spirit of perseverance and excellence. Pursuing a BA in Business Economics at Saint Leo University, Camila is on track to graduate in May 2026. Her educational journey began at Escuela Evangelica Dr. Federico Jorge Hotton in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Caleb’s love for tennis began early, playing with his family and continuing to grow throughout his college years, where he often hit the courts with friends as a fun and effective way to relieve stress. Tommy Lay (Senior Staff) Staff Bio's

Originally from Cambodia, Tommy embarked on a journey to the US to pursue his education, but along the way, he discovered his passion for tennis and fell in love with the sport.During his high school years, Tommy made a mark on the USTA Circuit 18’s, clinching the USTA Mayors Cup Championship in 2000. His talent and dedication led him to compete as the #2 player at the University of Massachusetts Boston for three years, followed by two years on the USTA professional circuit. Tommy’s commitment to tennis extended beyond his own playing career. In 2000, he became a volunteer with Tenacity and the USTA 10 and under program, earning certification in 2001. Over the years, Tommy served as the head tennis pro with Tenacity for Summer and School year programs for eight years and as a Senior tennis pro at Harvard Tennis Academy for three years. With a wealth of experience and a passion for coaching, Tommy joined NETRESULTS, where he has served as the Director of Jr Developmental summer program and a senior staff professional. Tommy enjoys working with players of all levels, specializing in the Developmental program with notable success. Sujit Chepuri (Senior Staff)Staff Bio's

Originally from Minnesota, Sujit Chepuri began his tennis journey as a competitive junior and standout high school player. He helped lead his team to multiple state championships while also achieving individual success in junior competition. His passion for the sport continued at Amherst College, where he competed as a four-year starter in both singles and doubles.Sujit’s coaching career began in high school, working summers at country clubs in the Twin Cities during 2019, 2020, and 2021. He quickly developed a love for teaching players of all ages, from children just learning the game to adults refining their skills. Since then, Sujit has guided the development of several competitive juniors and recently joined the coaching team at NetResults in Boston, where he continues to share his enthusiasm and knowledge for the game.

Eduardo Cohen (Senior Staff)Staff Bio's

Eduardo is a senior Computer Science major at Saint Leo University and a member of the Saint Leo men’s tennis team. Originally from Israel, he’s been competing in high-level tennis from a young age and continue to play at the collegiate level here in the United States. Tennis has played a huge role in shaping who Eduardo is — it’s taught him discipline, resilience, leadership, and how to push through challenges both on and off the court. In addition to competing, Eduardo worked as a tennis coach, coaching individual players and working in structured academy environments. I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work at the Rafa Nadal Academy, where I coached alongside some of the best coaches in the world. That experience elevated my understanding of elite player development and strengthened my technical, tactical, and communication-based coaching skills.Coaching has allowed him to share his passion for the sport while helping players grow not only technically, but mentally. Eduardo truly believes tennis is a powerful tool for building confidence, work ethic, and character. What excites him most about coaching is seeing players improve — whether it’s mastering a new skill, gaining confidence in a match, or simply falling more in love with the game. Eduardo’s passionate about creating a positive, high-energy environment where players feel motivated, challenged, and supported.

Alexander “Alex” Warchausky (Senior Staff)Staff Bio's

Alexander “Alex” Warchausky is a high-performance player and coach with deep roots in Venezuelan tennis and a strong collegiate background. She was a U18 and U16 state and regional doubles champion in Venezuela, reached the quarterfinals of the country’s G1 Nationals, and competed on the ITF Junior circuit at the J2, J3, and J5 levels. Alex also won her qualifying draw and earned a main-draw victory at a J1 World Championship event, reflecting her ability to perform in high-pressure, top-tier competition.

Now a senior at Saint Leo University, Alex competes in both singles and doubles and brings a thoughtful, energetic approach to player development. She has coached and sparred with junior competitive players at Guataparo Country Club in Valencia, volunteered as an assistant coach with Love Serving Autism, and served as a manager assistant coach at JC Fit Academy in Tampa, where she ran day-to-day logistics, managed schedules, and coached across mini tennis, competitive junior programs, junior clinics, and women’s clinics. Alex is excited to join NetResults this summer and looks forward to helping players of all ages build skills, confidence, and a real love for the game.

Pitu Martinez (Senior Staff)Staff Bio's

Born in Madrid, Spain, Pitu Martinez has been immersed in tennis since the age of four. She began her playing career at the prestigious David Lloyd Club in Spain before continuing her development at the Emilio Sánchez Academy in Naples, Florida. Pitu went on to compete for Louisiana State University of Alexandria, excelling in both singles and doubles and serving as captain of the women’s tennis team. Following graduation, she returned to the Emilio Sánchez Academy as a full-time coach, where she spent 1.5 years training players of all ages and levels—ranging from children just starting out to competitive juniors and adults.Today, Pitu brings her international experience, leadership, and passion for the game to every lesson she teaches.

NETRESULTS proudly presents Luis Platas, an accomplished Tennis Coach with a passion for elevating players to new heights of skill and performance. Luis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in French from Kenyon College, where he honed his understanding of human behavior and communication, vital skills for effective coaching. Luis is the Assistant Coach, Kenyon College Men´s and Women´s Tennis Teams and was a 4 year standout as a varsity player at Kenyon. As a collegiate athlete, Luis excelled on the court, earning accolades such as Newcomer of the Year. He showcased his talents in both singles and doubles, often competing in the top positions. Luis’s role involves analyzing player skill and fitness levels to tailor training programs. He supports the Head Coach in various aspects, including recruitment, lesson planning, and budget management. Will O’Brien is originally from Upstate New York, where he grew up playing competitive junior tournaments before continuing his career at Fairfield University. Over the past seven years, he has taught tennis in East Hampton and Saratoga Springs, working with players of all ages and skill levels. Now teaching part-time, Will brings both experience and enthusiasm to the court, with a passion for helping players improve and enjoy the game. Will recently got to the doubles semi finals of the Men’s Open Grass Court Championships that was hosted at the Tennis Hall of Fame.
