David MacBurnie 
Founder and President of NETRESULTS Tennis, a premier tennis management and consulting company providing services to more than 6,700 families along the East Coast. Since 1982, he has directed high-level tennis operations, beginning at the Florida Yacht Club in Jacksonville, Florida. In 2002, he launched NETRESULTS Tennis, with Harvard University Tennis Programs as his first consulting client, helping redesign curriculum and implement a dynamic, modern instructional model. NETRESULTS is or has partnerred with leading organizations including Eastern Yacht Club (Marblehead, MA), Weston Recreation (Weston, MA), Brookline Recreation (Brookline, MA), the Town of Palm Beach, FL (Seaview Park and Phipps Ocean Park Tennis Centers), and Tampa Tennis at HCC in Tampa Bay, FL. A USPTA Professional 1 since 1986 and a USA Tennis High Performance Coach, MacBurnie is a former Top 10 nationally ranked player who competed collegiately at Rollins College. He has earned multiple sectional and national titles throughout his career.
Jon Sarosiek (Executive Director) 
Jonathan serves as a search executive and consultant within the racquet sports, fitness, and wellness industries for Simard Enterprises, Inc., founded by racquet sports industry veteran Len Simard and an affiliate of Kopplin Kuebler & Wallace (KK&W). Over the past five years, he has consulted with over 80 clubs, guiding them on operational and strategic best practices within the racquet sports industry. Most recently, Jonathan has served as the Head Racquet Sports Professional at Farmington Country Club (FCC) in Charlottesville, Virginia. Farmington Country Club – annually – is regarded as a “Platinum Club of America”, an accolade given to the top 150 country clubs in the United States. In 2025, Farmington Country Club achieved a “Distinguished Club, Iconic”, designation by Distinguished Clubs, Forbes, & BoardRoom Magazine as one of the top 1% of all clubs in the world (less than 40 clubs in the world are “Iconic”). Additionally, under Jonathan’s leadership, Farmington was most recently recognized as a Top 10 Racquet Sports Program in the United States for 2020/2021, 2021/2022, and 2022/2023 by Club + Resort Business magazine. Prior to his tenure at FCC, Jonathan was served as the Director of Sports & Wellness at Boar’s Head Resort (BHR) in Charlottesville, Virginia. Jonathan had complete oversight of the Sports Club, McArthur Squash Center, Birdwood Golf, and the Spa – leading a team of over 200 staff members. Under Jonathan’s leadership at BHR, there were significant gains in areas including club/golf membership numbers, participation in all-sports programming, staff engagement and retention, member/resort guest satisfaction ratings, and club and resort profitability, all resulting in BHR reaching new heights on a regional, national, and worldwide level by Tennis Magazine and TennisResortsOnline. Before Jonathan worked at Boar’s Head Resort, he was the Director of Tennis at Wintergreen Resort & Club for over 6 years, where he led an operation that was ranked inside the Top 10 Tennis Resorts in the world by TennisResortsOnline.
John Bogdanovic (Director of Tennis)
After graduating from Sacred Heart University in 2016, John Bogdanovic began building a coaching career rooted in leadership, player development, and a passion for the game. A native of Barrington, Rhode Island, John trained at Providence Tennis Academy before competing as a four-year Division I tennis player at Sacred Heart University in the Northeast Conference. He earned his degree in Sports Media Broadcasting while balancing the demands of high-level collegiate athletics. John has coached at some of Rhode Island’s top clubs and academies, including Providence Tennis Academy and Tennis RI East Bay, developing players across all ages and skill levels.In 2018, he joined Kingsbury Club in Medfield, MA, where he quickly rose into a leadership role. As Director of Academy Tennis he led a team of tennis professionals while overseeing daily operations, scheduling, and coordination of lessons and clinics. He designed and implemented comprehensive progr ams that increased participation and drove overall program growth. Known for his strong communication style and motivational coaching approach, John has helped countless players elevate their performance and achieve their goals. After eight successful years at Kingsbury, John is excited to bring his experience, energy, and player-first philosophy to NetResults. Off the court, John enjoys fishing, golf, and working out.
Erika Landon (Customer Support)
Originally from Oregon, Erika relocated to Boston in 2021 and joined NETRESULTS in the summer of 2023 as a Customer Service Representative. Erika brings a diverse background in program administration, customer service management, and executive support, which allows her to approach her work with a strong organization and a people-first mindset.At NETRESULTS, Erika is often the first point of contact for our families and players, and takes pride in being a reliable, responsive, and consistent presence. From answering questions about lessons, camps, and scheduling to resolving issues and collecting required medical forms for campers, Erika focuses on building trust and rapport through clear communication and follow-through. Drawing on her prior experience, Erika is committed to proactive problem-solving and attention to detail so our clients feel informed, supported, and confident—knowing they can depend on NETRESULTS every step of the way.
Caleb Slotnick (Senior Staff)
Caleb is a valued member of the NETRESULTS team and has been an integral part of our coaching staff for over five years. A dedicated teaching professional, Caleb has made a lasting impact on the Brookline tennis community through his passion, consistency, and commitment to player development. Caleb’s love for tennis began early, playing with his family and continuing to grow throughout his college years, where he often hit the courts with friends as a fun and effective way to relieve stress. Today, Caleb brings that same joy and energy to every lesson, combining his enthusiasm for the game with a desire to help others improve and enjoy tennis as much as he does.
Tommy Lay 
Originally from Cambodia, Tommy moved to the US to further his education. Along the way Tommy developed passion for tennis and fell in love with the game. During High School he played the USTA Circuit 18’s winning the USTA Mayors Cup Championship in 2000. Tommy played #2 at University of Massachusetts Boston for three years, competing on the USTA professional circuit for another two years.Tommy became a volunteer with Tenacity and the USTA 10 and under program in 2000, certified in 2001. Tommy became head tennis pro with Tenacity for Summer/School year programs for 8 years and Senior tennis pro at Harvard Tennis Academy for three years.Tommy has been with NETRESULTS serving as Director of Jr Developmental summer program and a senior staff professional throughout the year.Tommy enjoys working with all levels of juniors, specializing in the Developmental program with significant success. His passion as a teaching pro is to develop young players, instilling excitement his in his students in hopes of developing a champion player in the future. Tommy is excited to continue his relationship.
Sujit Chepuri (Senior Staff)
Originally from Minnesota, Sujit Chepuri began his tennis journey as a competitive junior and standout high school player. He helped lead his team to multiple state championships while also achieving individual success in junior competition. His passion for the sport continued at Amherst College, where he competed as a four-year starter in both singles and doubles.Sujit’s coaching career began in high school, working summers at country clubs in the Twin Cities during 2019, 2020, and 2021. He quickly developed a love for teaching players of all ages, from children just learning the game to adults refining their skills. Since then, Sujit has guided the development of several competitive juniors and recently joined the coaching team at NetResults in Boston, where he continues to share his enthusiasm and knowledge for the game.

Introducing David Mulas Zelenskaya, a seasoned tennis professional with a passion for the game and a keen interest in the dynamic world of marketing. As an international student, David brings a unique perspective and a wealth of experiences to the tennis court and beyond. With a strong foundation in tennis, David has honed not only his skills on the court but also his leadership abilities. He was named team captain for the 2022-2023 regular season, where he led his team with dedication and determination, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Now, as a tennis teaching professional with NETRESULTS, David is excited to share his love for the game and his expertise with aspiring players of all levels. His experience as a player and leader informs his approach to coaching, where he prioritizes not only skill development but also mentorship and personal growth. Will O’Brien (Senior Staff)
Will O’Brien is originally from Upstate New York, where he grew up playing competitive junior tournaments before continuing his career at Fairfield University. Over the past seven years, he has taught tennis in East Hampton and Saratoga Springs, working with players of all ages and skill levels. Now teaching part-time, Will brings both experience and enthusiasm to the court, with a passion for helping players improve and enjoy the game. Will recently got to the doubles semi finals of the Men’s Open Grass Court Championships that was hosted at the Tennis Hall of Fame.
